"healthy"

so i'm going to start eating healthier b/c when i went to get my physical;
my doctor told me i was at risk for diabetes -_-
so yea exercise and healthy food is a must

a nice turkey sandwich with low-fat mayo & cheese and wheat bread :)


with a banana on the side :P


it was good and hopefully keeps me full for the next 2 hours until i decide what to eat for dinner lol
